Our lobby hours are reserved for scheduled appointments for arrivals, departures and brief sniff-arounds visits. Appointments are required to ensure our team can provide attentive, high-quality care to the dogs entrusted to us while maintaining a calm and structured daily schedule.
Each Arrival appointment is allowed 10-15 minutes to allow time for goodbyes, review of stay instructions, and completion of payment. If you anticipate arriving more than 10 minutes before or after your scheduled appointment time, please call or text us so we may make appropriate adjustments. Departure appointments scheduled prior to 10:00 a.m. are not charged for the day of pick up.

2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday
8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Sunday
3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We encourage making reservations in advance, as last-minute openings are uncommon during holidays, peak times, weekends, and throughout the summer. If we are fully booked for your requested dates, you may be added to our reservation waitlist in the event a space opens up.
