Dogs staying at TBB should have current vaccination records for rabies, distemper, parvovirus, parainfluenza, hepatitis and bordetella. Vaccinations should be administered no less than 5 days prior to arrival for any stay. (Shot records are required) Dogs should be on flea, tick, and heartworm preventative. Dogs not meeting these minimum requirements will be declined services, not allowed to stay and no pre-payment returned. 

The temperament of any dog staying at TBB must be one that they are

easily handled by us and can not be human aggressive.  TBB reserves the right to decline services for dogs that show aggression towards staff members AND/OR other dogs. 

For the comfort and cleanliness of all our guests, dogs staying with us must be potty trained and able to relieve themselves outside.  We understand that new environments can be exciting or a little stressful, and occasional accidents can happen.

If a dog in our care consistently relieves itself indoors - whether due to marking or regular bathroom accidents - an additional sanitation fee of $10 per day will apply, even if the dog is fully potty trained at home.

We always allow a generous adjustment period and carefully consider each situation on a case -by-case basis.  Our team uses discretion and fairness when determining whether a sanitation fee is necessary, and we strive to err on the side of caution while maintaining a clean and healthy environment for everyone.
