Pick up and drop off for boarding is between 8:30am-10:00am. You will not be charged for the day of departure as long as your pet is picked up by 10:00am. This does not mean your dog has to be picked up by 10:00am, but if your pet remains at the kennel past 10am an additional day charge will be added to your invoice. Doggy Daycare pickup is offered when space is available for the day. Doggy Daycare pickup is at 5:oopm. If dog is not picked up by 5pm the dog will be kept at the owner’s expense at a rate of $35 per night.
